As many of my source videos have been shot with different filming techniques and some are animations, I want to use some effects to try and connect the varying styles.
I googled a few effect tutorials and found this tutorial to be a great one for explaining what each effect actually did:

Although much of my video will just be overlaying one clip on top of the other - I would like to use the echo effect to try and replicate the notion of de-realization (one of the many symptoms of a phobia attack).
